Guide for September 2026 · All Seasons Painting
Map the work areas
List the spaces that need painting and note who uses each one. Entrances, offices, customer areas and loading zones may have different access needs. A site walkthrough helps identify furniture, equipment, signs and surfaces that need protection before the schedule is set.
Coordinate access and communication
Discuss working hours, parking, keys, deliveries and the people who need advance notice. If the project spans several areas, agree on the sequence and identify a contact for changes. Avoid assuming that every area can be closed or that every project must be completed outside normal hours.
Put the scope in writing
A useful proposal identifies surfaces, preparation, coating systems, cleanup and any excluded repairs. It should also explain what happens if another trade is working nearby or a hidden surface issue is discovered. Confirm the schedule and product requirements for your property before work begins.
