Our 3-Year Warranty — What It Covers

What the Warranty Covers

• Peeling or flaking paint due to application error
• Paint failure due to improper priming or surface prep on our part
• Caulk failure on work we performed
• Any area we painted that fails within 3 years gets repainted free — materials and labor both included

The 3-year clock starts on the date we complete the job. Keep your invoice — it has the job date on it.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Paint failure caused by water intrusion — roof leaks, plumbing leaks, or moisture getting in from outside
• Damage from weather events such as hurricanes or flooding
• Normal wear on high-traffic areas — handrails, door frames, or areas with constant heavy use
• Paint applied over surfaces we told you had pre-existing issues and you chose to proceed as-is
• Color fading over time — this is normal with all paint, especially with Texas sun exposure. Fading is not a failure of application.

Paint Manufacturer Warranty

Our 3-year warranty covers the labor and application. The paint itself comes with a separate manufacturer warranty:

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Call or text us at (713) 517-8136 — same number you booked with
2. Send us a photo of the issue by text or email so we can see what we're dealing with
3. We schedule a time to come look at it — usually within a week
4. If it's covered, we fix it free. No runaround, no arguing about it.

Why We Offer This

I stand behind the work my crew does. If something fails because we didn't prep right or applied it wrong, that's on us — not on you.

The warranty also keeps us honest. We do the prep correctly the first time because we don't want callback calls. A job done right the first time is better for everyone.

We've been operating in League City and the Houston area since 2015. We're not going anywhere. If you need us in year two or three, we'll be here.
