From First Call to Final Walkthrough
Six steps. No surprises. We follow this on every job — whether it's a single room or a full commercial exterior.
Free Estimate
You call or fill out the form, we come to the house — usually within a day or two. We walk through what you want done, measure the surfaces, and look for issues like rot, caulk gaps, or old peeling paint. You get a written quote, usually same day or next morning. No pressure, no deposit to get the estimate.
Scheduling
We schedule based on your availability and the weather. Exterior jobs need dry conditions — we won't paint in rain or high humidity. You'll know the start date, how many days the job should take, and who's coming. No "sometime next week" — you get an actual date.
Prep Work
This is the most important part and we take it seriously. Pressure washing, scraping, caulking, patching, priming — all before any paint goes on. We protect your plants, windows, trim, and anything we're not painting. We clean up at the end of each day so your property doesn't look like a job site overnight.
Painting
Minimum two coats on all surfaces. We use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore — you pick your color and sheen. We work top to bottom — ceiling to walls to trim — so drips and overspray always get covered by the next coat. No single-coat shortcuts.
Final Walkthrough
Before we pack up, we walk through with you. You point out anything you want touched up — we do it right then. We don't leave until you're satisfied with the work. This isn't a formality, it's how we close every job.
3-Year Warranty
